Committed to the understanding and craftsmanship of traditional culture, and contemporary Chinese home life design, I entered the spring in 2006 to learn the appreciation and craftsmanship of Chinese art, as well as contemporary design and life experience. In 2014, together with sculptor Wang Zhiqiang, he founded the brand Shangxiang. With "yesterday, today, tomorrow" as the brand aesthetics, relying on the ultimate pursuit of modernity and originality, the company has represented Chinese national brands to do cultural exchanges abroad for many times, becoming the "imperial brand" of many well-known designers, and the customer list covers half of the Chinese design industry.

From the mountains of Liuzhou, to the lake of Wuhan, and then to the sea of Quanzhou. In her own words: "Luckily, I grew up in the way of mountains, rivers, lakes and sea. Nature has given me a lot of spirituality."

Ms. Fang Xiaotong was born in a Jiangnan painting and calligraphy family. She learned calligraphy, painting and drawing from her grandfather when she was young. She is familiar with Chinese classics and ancient books, and has developed a strong interest and idea in Chinese culture and art under the long-term influence of her family. When I was a student, especially a graduate student, I came into contact with and understood a lot of Western philosophical ideas, scientific thinking and cultural and artistic expressions.

After studying for a master's degree in economics in Boston, the United States, he returned to China and devoted himself to the integration of Chinese and Western cultures and the search for the modern expression of contemporary Oriental culture, which can better reflect the life and spiritual outlook of contemporary Chinese people from the aspects of practical functions, emotional needs, aesthetic preferences and concept dissemination. With this idea in mind, after three years of investigation, Ms. Fang Xiaotong officially launched the Tensongs brand in 2023, exposing it to the public.

Founded in 2018, the company aims to create private teahouses for people with consumption upgrading in China, integrating the philosophical thoughts of "Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism" into the teahouse furniture and utensils through the aesthetic expression of designers.

The connection of modernism and classical furniture ensures that the teahouse space is compatible with modern and classical home styles at the same time, so that the finished product is more in line with the furniture needs of contemporary high-grade tea people from tone to temperament, and forms a harmonious atmosphere of "living and nourishing and moving".
