01 Automatic feeding and labeling machine


The automatic feeding and labeling machine is used to complete the newly added upstream feeding and labeling process, and carry out the feeding and labeling operation of the plate under the instruction of the first control center. The label contains the plate processing information, and the post-process equipment can automatically adjust the machine action, call and start the processing program by scanning the label to obtain the information.


The label is the technical premise for the intelligent operation of opening material, intelligent transfer, edge sealing and drilling process, which can greatly reduce the possibility of processing errors. The automatic feeding and labeling machine is composed of a first base, a hydraulic lifting platform, a first frame, a first beam, a printer, a labeling head, a labeling cylinder and a rotating cylinder.


 


02 Cutting equipment


The traditional cutting equipment is to cut a whole board into different specifications through the electronic cutting saw. The cutting process of this production line adopts the machining center, which not only has the function of automatically grasping and pushing the plate, but also obtains the cutting information through the identification label and automatically adjusts the processing parameters, which can realize the efficient sawing operation of the plate. In order to improve production efficiency, an intelligent wire-controlled shunt device can be added in front of the cutting equipment to realize simultaneous processing of multiple cutting equipment.


 

03 Automatic feeder


In order to realize the seamless integration of the three process links of the production line: opening, sealing and punching, the transfer distribution device is designed between the opening equipment and the edge sealing equipment, and the production line is flexibly adjusted according to the size of the plate to adapt to the manufacturing of different sizes of furniture plates.


The photoelectric sensor installed on the automatic feeder is used to detect whether there is plate conveying, which can provide timely information feedback, so as to cooperate with manual feeding. The automatic feeder realizes the intelligent transfer of board parts through the transfer distribution device. The transfer distribution device is composed of linear guide rail, servo motor driven pulley, conveying platform and laser ranging device, etc. The laser ranging device accepts the instructions of the first control center to complete the automatic classification of different plate sizes.


According to the different size specifications of the length and width of the plate, the plate is transported to the first edging machine or the second edging machine for processing. The plates of other sizes are distributed according to the speed ratio of the first edging machine and the second edging machine.


 


04 Edge banding device


Traditional edge banding equipment can not batch process different size specifications of the board, so it can not meet the production needs of customized panel furniture flexible manufacturing. In the production of customized furniture panels, edge sealing equipment is very important and is used most frequently. The units of customized furniture panels are different in size and color, and the edge sealing equipment needs to have certain processing flexibility in order to achieve mass production.



The edge banding machine is mainly composed of gluing mechanism, cutting mechanism and pressing mechanism. The material pressing mechanism is one of the key mechanisms of the edge banding machine, which is used to compact the edge strip and the plate tightly. The edge banding machine adopts two different structure of the pressing mechanism to complete the pressing operation.


 


05 Drilling Equipment


The completion of drilling will directly affect the assembly quality and service life of furniture products. Based on the requirements of customized panel furniture processing technology, traditional panel drilling equipment has to complete multi-specification and different drilling processes on the basis of constantly adapting to mass processing technology. The drilling equipment can be seamlessly connected to the pre-edge banding link. The host only needs to scan the label to obtain processing information instructions, and can automatically drill vertical holes, side holes, slotting and other processes without manual technical intervention, which can greatly improve the processing accuracy and realize automatic and intelligent operation.
